No, all vendors were provided their entry / access credentials prior to the event. Please call your boss or team member and have them bring your wristband to one of the gates.
Yes, the wristbands you receive for your booth provide entry & access for the duration of the event. Any replacement wristbands will be $15.
Right across from the condo area, on the backside of the white semi truck.
Your space will be assigned prior to the event and you will be guided your space at check-in. Please keep in mind that some last minute accmodations may need to be met and this may occur in space movement. It's best to check-in when you are ready to set-up.
Service animals ONLY are allowed at this event. As a reminder, service animals are not able to perform their duty while in a stroller or scooter of any kind.
Awards are held at 4pm on Saturday at the stage, mid-course along Hot Rod Blvd. At this time, sponsors, vendors and everyone on site will need to sit tight until the last car in the line up is out of the area. This is a great time to review your sales, mingle with other vendors or grab a bite to eat. Our team kindly asks for your patients during this.
The event does have an ATM on site near the HOSPITALITY TENTS, just before you reach the food vendors.
Closest to Rotary Park, along the Pedestrian Entrance Gate and Main Entry Gate. You will find the Swap Meet Entry Table there.
The Food Court is located along the small pond area, over the hill and down from the event logistics semi. This semi is white and sits on top of a hill.


















































Born out of a passion for classic vehicles, the Run to the Sun car show has evolved from a modest 1978 event into a premier gathering, now drawing over 800 entries.
Initially called "Camp-O-Rama," it began with just 28 vehicles but has grown to feature a diverse array of 1977 and older classic, restored, and hot rod cars and trucks. Also featured are 1978 to current year American Factory Muscles and Corvettes.
